You should have plenty of time to get your transcripts in prior to the March 15th transfer admissions deadline (the only one available to intl applicants). For transfer applicants, your current performance in college will certainly be more important than your performance in high school, but without seeing your entire application, I couldnt tell you for sure how much of a factor your high school performance would be in the transfer committees decision.
